Outline:

Through a process of coaching, facilitation and use of appropriate tools, you will be able to:

  • Map out plans that specify: major and minor goals; supporting actions and resources needed, contingencies, assessment points.
  • Identify, strengthen and modify behaviors, routines and relationships that ensure successful implementation.
  • Apply accountability measures; implement steps over time to keep the new strategy strong and improving.
  • Establish milestones to track progress; catch danger signs early; make course-corrections quickly.

Included in this programme is the "The Quick Business Strategy" and support for a full 12 month period to drive performance & deliver results.

 

Duration & Times:

The process commences with a 2 day team workshop and is then followed by a formal monthly monitoring process of 1 day management team review sessions, to ensure we stay on course to deliver the results we need.
